Space Coast Trading knows you want your items to work once they get to you. We strive very hard to make sure your items do just that while staying GREEN too! From the recycleable head clip and electrostatic bag to the PCC (post consumer content) protective box and bubble mailer, we want your item to arrive safely to you with as little CO₂ footprint as possible.

Please make sure to save the print head clip to use when you recycle your empty cartridges. Hold the mailer envelope/box until your item(s) is installed and/or working correctly. Occasionally, an item may be damaged during shipping and will require being returned. Make sure to hold on to the manila envelope and/or shipping box for reuse with an RMA label issued from us. We DO NOT send new envelopes/boxes for use with a return. Please recycle ALL packaging materials. They are ALL recyclable by worldwide standards.

We ship every 24 hours except for Sunday, bad weather, holidays or unforseen events that prevent us from shipping. Once you've paid for your item, we consider it YOURS and want you to receive it as quickly as possible.

Although Italy and Spain are part of the E.U., their Postal Services are priced higher than standard E.U. rates. There may be extra S/H fees associated with shipping to Italy and Spain.
